Since 1993, GHR has been committed to ensuring all students receive a quality education by connecting talented professionals with meaningful roles in schools nationwide. Recognizing the unique needs of the education sector, we launched GHR Education in 2011—our dedicated division specializing in school-based staffing.

At GHR Education, we provide highly qualified professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, school nurses, 1:1 nurses, school psychologists, social workers, registered behavior technicians (RBTs), and other behavioral health and support staff.

Our History

For more than three decades, GHR has helped healthcare professionals and employers achieve their goals, with a deep understanding that individuals are at the heart of positive patient outcomes.

GHR Founded It all started when our CEO, John Quirk, recognized a lack of career support in his community for travel nurses. He made it his mission to help them and other healthcare professionals find their dream job.
Expansion into physical therapy With the acquisition of Prime Physical Therapy Group and Prime Professionals, GHR enhances their allied health and therapy offerings.
Introduction of direct hire placements GHR opens a new division focused on making immediate, lasting connections between candidates and employers.
Acquisition of Medicall With the acquisition of Medicall, GHR expands into Hazelton and Delaware.
Expansion into education and behavioral health New divisions are formed to expand GHR’s staffing services to education and behavioral health.
Expansion into technology and travel nursing GHR launches a new technology division (headquartered in Ohio) and travel nursing division (headquartered in New York).
Expansion into revenue cycle management A new GHR office opens in Tampa, FL, focused on helping facilities optimize every aspect of their revenue cycles.
Joint Commission Accreditation GHR is certified for acute care by the Joint Commission
Response to Covid-19 Pandemic Teams band together to support the unprecedented demands all around the US, responding with empathy, agility, and commitment to do our part.
Meleeo Acquisition Expanded RCM services with the acquisition of Meleeo, located in Tampa FL.
